Last weekend on Sunday October 23rd a night of bingo was held at the Ninfield Memorial Hall for a way to help raise for charity. The charities in questions were local Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers which are local children's groups in Bexhill-on-Sea.
More than 100 people gathered together for a night of entertainment and bingo at the Ninfield Memorial Hall.
Lorna Tomasetti who was one of the organisers as well as small group of parents all of whom should be thanked for arranging the night’s activities. Ninfield Village Stores, Hope Farm Shop, Air Cooled Workshop, Jelly Bean buses, Parker and Sons Builders, Haffenden Roofing, Nicholas Webb and Duty Point have also helped to support nights of bingo and Lorna Tomasetti was delighted to thank the people and business involved.
“Thanks must also go to Ninfield Working Men’s Club, which lent the bingo machine, and to Michael, who was a fabulous caller.” Were some of the kind words that Lorna Tomasetti had to say.
