For those of you who realised the term BOGOF stood for buy one get one free then congratulations. If you was think of buy one great over-sized fridge or bananas or grapes or figs then I am sorry they was incorrect.
In Terms of Bingo
When a bingo site mentions a BOGOF offer then it simply means if you buy one bingo ticket you will get another ticket absolutely free. Just like the offer on those crisps at Morrisions where you buy a multipack and you get one free. Most places offer BOGOFs and online bingo is no exception.
Sometimes a BOGOF offer may imply if you buy 3 bingo tickets you get an extra one free, technically this is not BOGOF it would be BTGOF but you get the idea of getting a ticket free by reading the offer after BOGOF.
Are They Worth it?
Well, I am guessing most of you are like sure, of course, but after further evaluation you may be surprised. Remember if the conditions are for every ticket you buy, you receive a free one and if everyone in the rooms qualifies then even though more tickets mean better odds, you need to think that everyone has a doubled amount of tickets so your chances don’t always double.
If you were against 5 people however who all bought 2 tickets and ended up with 4 and you bought 20 tickets and you end up with 40 you can see how your odds would overwhelm the other players. Usually in BOGOF games, players stick to the same amount of tickets as usual with the satisfaction of doubling their cards, but to benefit you need to buy more than you usually would or yours odds theoretically stay the same.
