Q. Tell Us a Little Bit About Yourself Please
A. I am a mum of two, married for 18 years and live in Somerset. I've been a CM for around 7 years now which I love because I can chat to anyone and I enjoy making a difference to the lives of others every day. Outside of work I walk with my dog, keep tropical fish and take part in competitions.
Q. What Made You Become a CM?
A. I joined my first online bingo site around 7 years ago and seeing the CM in action I thought to myself that looks like a fun job, so I applied for a role and luckily got it! It was quite scary to begin with since it was just me in the room with 150 players, but I quickly found my stride and haven't looked back since!
Q. What is Your Favourite Thing about Being a Chat Moderator?
A.I love the fact that I can make a difference to a player's day simply by chatting with them. My job revolves around meeting new people, having a laugh and making sure everyone in my chat room has a good time – what job could be better?!
Q. What is Your Least Favourite Thing about Being a Chat Moderator?
A. Bad manners! It's rare, especially on Deal or No Deal Bingo, but I like to encourage all my Roomies to be mindful of each other and create a welcoming chat environment for everyone.
Q. What is Your Favourite Room to Work in And Why?
A. My favourite room is our Room 2 – it's a great community with lots going on. I have such fun in the room some days I ache from laughing and of course my family think I am stark-raving bonkers sat laughing at a computer screen! They're getting used to it now though.
Q. Can You Remember a LOL Moment in a Chat Room?
A. Yes - too many to mention! The bests LOLs occur when I play my Truth or Dare game. I send players to other rooms with a Truth or a Dare to do and it can be so much fun! The players love participating in the game and we all have a good laugh which makes my job worthwhile.
Q. Why Do You Think People Should Join The Site That You Work With?
A. They should join because we have the best CM team who go out of their way to make sure our player's have the most fun, plus we've great progressive jackpots, tonnes of daily chat bonuses and there's always space for one more in our community family!
