The new Mecca Bingo advert is here and is it just us or do you reckon the bingo advert could have done with a little more pink? Then again, Mecca Bingo is known for the colour pink so we cannot get on at them for unitising the colour.
Remember when you were young and you wanted to draw a picture but most of your felt tip pens were either missing or had dried up? Well, we are taking a stab in the dark and saying the same situation happened when designing the new Mecca Bingo TV advert.
With all jokes aside the advert does look too much like the advert for Sheilas' Wheels, something that the team at Mecca did not realise we are guessing.
With all the negative comments aside…guess what? No, go on guess? Come on…guess? Give up? Well…everyday is a fantastic day with Mecca Bingo dot come, yeah! I bet you didn’t guess that?
Mecca bingo mention in the advert that you can play online and on your mobile, something which most bingo adverts don't mention. Most bingo adverts never mention mobile bingo or simply don't offer that version and with more and more of us carrying iPhones and similar models it would be silly for bingo sites not to branch out to mobile bingo.
Anyone guess what the song in the background is called? It was the classic Fantastic Day - Haircut 100. We reckon the advert could have also gone with the song Hot Chocolate - Everyone's a Winner. "Everyone's a winner, baby, that's the truth", it would fit so much better.
