We know that this TV advert is not dedicated to bingo or even mentions it, but it is brought to you by the brand William Hill that brings you William Hill Bingo and to be quite frank we like the song used in the advert.
Not many people know that William Hill does not just bring you bingo games, but they also bring you a huge range of Casino games, from Poker to Roulette. You are even able to bet through your mobile phone as this advert discusses. It seems as gambling goes, they have covered everything.
The advert uses no voice-overs and just uses images and text to get the message across. With the amount of mobile phones in the commercial and the use of the words “mobile betting” in a huge font, it does not take you long to figure what the advert is about. The advert is a prime example that a voice-over is not always need to get a message across.
For those of you that are wondering, the song in the advert is a sample from the song Sugarhill Gang - Apache (Jump On It). The Missy Elliott's song - We Run This also samples the same song. A catchy song that will stick in your head all day. Carlton and Will also used the song for a dance-off in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Now that is some trivia for you.
